HVAC Company in Davie looking for that perfect fit! Immediate need for an experienced Administrative Assistance with experience in the Construction Industry a plus. This position must have 3+ years of experience and an accounting background is preferred, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required. (Quick Books is a plus) Job will include various tasks day to day to include but not limited to: answering telephone calls and supporting customers, handling mail distribution, maintaining filing systems and gathering releases for projects, excellent communication both verbal and written and the ability to work in teams and independently, excellent follow up skills and a self-starter who can take a job from beginning to end, customer service background is also a plus.
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with the experience of the applicant. Hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm and if needed longer on occasion. Paid Holidays are included and 1 weeks vacation after a year.
