We're looking for a super-creative copywriter andeagle-eyed editor to join our internal agency team within our marketingdepartment.The ideal candidate has exceptional creative writing abilities, meticulousediting skills, an insatiable intellectual curiosity, a proactive and engaged spiritat work, and experience writing for an array of brands. The candidate must beable to absorb new concepts quickly, gain information from leaders and external/internalclients across the company, and know how to navigate with ease in a corporateenvironment. Strong journalism, collaboration, and interpersonal skills arerequired.**Responsibilities:**+ Write and editB2B and B2C marketing content in collaboration with internal/externalpartners-includingsocial ads, email campaigns, print/digital campaigns, web copy, casestudies, and more+ Proofread and carefully editcontent, following all style and brand guidelines to a T+ Collaboratewith designers, project managers, and clients on copy needs+ Participate in brainstormingsessions and deliver creative, innovative copy that will cut through theclutter+ Use JIRAproject management software to track and update projects+ Researchcontent by leveraging industry and company knowledge+ Presentconcepts and copy to clients+ Write andcollaborate on other marketing communications content, as needed**Qualifications/skills required:**+ 3-5 years ofexperience producing high-quality, authentic, creative B2B and B2C MarketingCommunications content (preferably in an agency setting)+ Outstandingwritten, verbal, and communication skills+ Make abstractconcepts relevant, interesting, and readable+ Knowledge ofusing SEO terms in writing+ Brainstorm andcontribute concepts for writing comprehensive marketing campaigns+ Presentcampaign concepts to clients+ Take feedbackfrom clients to edit content pieces through multiple revisions+ Followreference guides and style sheets for branded, consistent writing+ Manage relationships,work cross-functionally, and earn trust from stakeholders+ Acollaborative spirit, able to take direction when necessary+ ?Work on multiple, simultaneous projects andmeet deadlines+ Thinkstrategically and incorporate ideas into messages+ Writegrammatically clean copy that uses the appropriate voice, tone, andmessage+ Communicatecomplex messages in a clear, concise manner without business jargon+ Collaboratewith other writers, graphic designers, account representatives, brand teammembers, and internal customers at all levels+ A continuouslearning mindset+ Bachelor'sdegree is required+ Writingsamples/portfolio are required+ Prior workexperience in the workforce industry is a plus?+ AP Stylebook experience is a plus**Major duties breakdown:**70% Write, edit, brainstorm,and proofread branded marketing content15 % Research, collaborate, anddevelop strategic messages/content and creative ideas; assist with measurementof content performance and impact15% Keep current with company products and services, research andanalyze trends and practices to continuously improve the quality of ourcommunicationsWork location: This job can be performed anywhere except in the state of Colorado.
